Seed Salad
Israeli cous cous, English cucumber slices, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, tossed with a dill vinaigrette.
Edamame and Parmesan Salad
Diced red and yellow bell peppers are tossed with edamame and chunks of parmesan cheese. Toasted slivered almonds bring some extra crunch. All brought together with a nice vinaigrette. Simple, but unique and delicious.
Fermented Beet Salad.
Crunchy, briny, beets kissed with oranges and thyme. Tossed with Greek yogurt, pistachios, granola and sesame seeds.
Elote Salad
A delicious twist on a Mexican street food. Corn kernels seasoned with taco seasonings, lime cremma, butter, and cilantro. Very unique and delicious.
